Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant childcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing young children’s development, fostering a safe and stimulating environment where they can learn, explore, and grow. Your enthusiasm and leadership will inspire children to reach their full potential while ensuring their well-being is always prioritized. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Create a safe, welcoming environment that encourages curiosity and independence among children.
Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining detailed records to support individual learning plans.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's achievements and any concerns.
Supervise children during playtime, meals, nap times, and outdoor activities to ensure safety at all times.
Lead by example in demonstrating positive behavior management and respectful interactions with children and colleagues.
Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum plans that meet early childhood education standards and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting.
Strong management and leadership skills to guide both children and team members confidently.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development milestones.
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to foster a nurturing environment that supports children's emotional well-being.
Valid childcare or nursery qualification (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent).
A clean driving license is desirable for roles involving transportation or outdoor activities.
