Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant cafe team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and uphold the highest levels of hospitality. Duties

Manage daily cafe operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the day
Supervise staff members, providing coaching, training, and motivation to maintain high performance standards
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all areas
Coordinate food production activities, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
Lead team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and foster a positive team culture

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
Experience in managing food safety protocols and food production processes
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Knowledge of kitchen operations, serving procedures, and hospitality standards
