We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment that aligns with brand guidelines.
Manage stock levels, conduct inventory audits, and coordinate replenishment efforts to optimize product availability.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue and store growth.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
Proven management experience in retail or sales environments with strong supervisory skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Excellent communication skills for effective staff coordination and customer engagement.
Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising, inventory, and administrative duties efficiently.
Experience in retail management, sales management, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks through effective time management while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
Exceptional phone etiquette combined with professional interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
