Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Part-time Bartender and bring your energetic spirit to create memorable experiences for our guests! In this role, you will serve customers with enthusiasm, and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your passion for hospitality and excellent service will help us deliver an outstanding experience every time. This position is perfect for those looking to combine their love of socializing with a dynamic work environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling payments accurately
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages to keep the bar fully equipped
Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere and ensure smooth service during busy hours

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a passion for serving others is essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning
A <PERSON> (personal reference) or similar character reference is a plus to demonstrate reliability and professionalism
