About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

While this role supports administrative needs across several departments, your main focus will be data entry, data cleaning, client communication and more. You’ll work closely with customer datasets to ensure accurate information flows smoothly through our systems and directly impacts our wider operational workflow.

This is an entry-level role; you don’t need years of experience, but you do need a keen eye for detail, strong communication and computer skills, and an eagerness to learn on the job!

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Input, audit, clean, and format data using Excel and internal database systems.
Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure high levels of precision when handling sensitive information.
Cross-Team Support: Assist other departments during peak periods.
Daily Administration: Manage emails, track routine workflows, and maintain clear communication across teams.

What We’re Looking For

Meticulous Attention to Detail: You take pride in catching the small mistakes others might miss and you are super organised.
Strong Computer Skills: Confident using Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to quickly pick up custom/bespoke software.
Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning on the job and adapting as workflow needs evolve.
Great Team Player: Clear communication skills and a flexible, hands-on approach to helping out across different teams.

Pay: Up to £25,500.00 per year
