In the heart of Nottingham, moments from the station, our multi floor Irish bar is built for brilliant nights out.

On the ground floor you'll find a bustling atmosphere, live music and a bar stocked with Irish spirits - from ones you know and love, to some you'll love to try.

Downstairs, you'll find the Clover Club: a beautifully decorated space filled with fun. Here is where we'll be hosting our Bottomless Brunches and various events.

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service in a lively bar environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and possess a friendly, approachable demeanour.

Duties

Serve drinks and beverages efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
Take orders accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system
Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining cleanliness standards
Assist with setting up and clearing tables as required
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods, demonstrating good time management skills
Follow responsible serving practices to promote safety and minimise alcohol-related issues
Be comfortable working both the floor and bar as you will be required to work both areas if and when needed.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately
Experience in serving or working behind a bar will be considered a plus
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts are important
A personable attitude with excellent communication skills is essential for delivering outstanding customer service
