Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service initiatives and elevate the overall client journey. Duties

Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of customer service professionals to achieve high performance standards
Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance satisfaction levels
Analyze customer feedback, service metrics, and operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions
Foster effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Train and coach team members on best practices, product knowledge, and communication skills in multiple languages including English and Spanish
Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures
Manage escalations efficiently by resolving complex customer issues with professionalism and empathy

Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for engaging diverse customer bases effectively
Strong analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop strategic improvements
