Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender and become the heartbeat of our lively establishment! Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving practices
Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems
Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and prevent over-serving
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Experience

Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
Basic math skills for handling payments and measuring ingredients accurately
Excellent serving skills combined with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
