Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and versatile Café All Rounder to join our vibrant team! In this dynamic role, you will be the heartbeat of our café, engaging with customers, preparing delicious food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and multitasking skills will help create memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
Prepare a variety of food items and beverages, including coffee, tea, sandwiches, and snacks
Serve orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Manage cash register operations, handle transactions accurately, and give correct change
Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, and kitchen spaces
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure supplies are well-stocked
Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards at all times

Skills

Prior experience as a barista or in food service is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene regulations
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and measurements
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Capable of multitasking across food preparation, customer service, and cleaning duties
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and equipment operation
