Namis Beauty is a growing and well-established beauty and aesthetics clinic offering a wide range of professional services including hair, nails, facials, aesthetics, laser hair removal, massages, and more.

We are currently looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

As the face of the salon, you will play an important role in ensuring clients receive a welcoming, organised, and high-quality experience from the moment they contact or visit us.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide excellent front desk customer service
Answer calls, respond to enquiries, and book appointments
Operate the payment terminal and booking system accurately (training provided)
Educate clients about our treatments, packages, and services
Support the team through effective upselling and cross-selling
Assist with creating basic marketing content and short videos for social media
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and salon areas
Support therapists and staff with basic tasks when required
Manage client records and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations

Requirements/ Qualifications

Excellent communication and client care skills
Must be fluent in English
Confident using technology and able to learn booking/payment systems quickly
Strong sales confidence with the ability to recommend services and products
Basic videography or social media content creation skills preferred
Professional, reliable, organised, and eager to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous salon, retail, or receptionist experience is highly desirable

Pay: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Location: In person
Location: Bristol, BS32 0BQ
