Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar Manager to lead our dynamic bar team and elevate the guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and foster a culture of hospitality excellence. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring quality control in line with established recipes and presentation standards
Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols
Train and mentor staff on food safety procedures, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices
Coordinate with kitchen staff to support food production efforts and ensure seamless service during busy periods
Enforce compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements
Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, conducting performance evaluations, and encouraging professional development

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in bar management or similar leadership roles
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary principles
Prior experience in restaurant or hotel environments with a focus on food safety and customer service excellence
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in high-pressure situations
Familiarity with barista experience or beverage crafting is a plus but not mandatory
Strong understanding of food production processes, kitchen operations, and serving etiquette
Previous experience managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining compliance with health regulations
