Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent service, and a comprehensive understanding of beverage service standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold food safety and quality standards. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for supervising bar staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Manage the preparation of beverages, including cocktails and specialised drinks, maintaining high-quality presentation.
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality to guests.
Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies; organise stock rotation and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Train new staff members on service procedures, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
Handle customer queries or complaints professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with management on promotional activities or special events at the venue.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Experience in serving beverages and managing bar operations effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team efficiently.
Previous hotel or barista experience is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences combined with professional integrity.
