What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and grow a portfolio of large and strategic accounts with complex needs.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers through face-to-face engagement.
Form and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and deliver value.
Negotiate high-value customer opportunities with confidence and credibility.
Identify incremental business opportunities through strong customer relationships.
Coordinate internal resources across sales, operations, and specialist business units.
Lead board-level engagement activity aligned to customer objectives.
Deliver value propositions that balance customer needs with margin expectations.
Gather insights through account profiling and analysis to maximise opportunities.
Ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management in CRM systems.
Promote and drive adoption of TD SYNNEX’s e-commerce platform (InTouch).
Maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements.

What You’ll Bring

6 years of industry or direct customer experience.
Mastery of assigned product/service lines and broad understanding of TD SYNNEX’s portfolio.
Expert knowledge of services programs and processes across multiple brands.
Outstanding customer relations skills with gravitas and business credibility.
Ability to influence favourable outcomes in C-level scenarios.
Strong presentation skills - succinct, convincing, and impactful at all levels.
Excellent sales skills including negotiation and driving results.
Strategic planning capability and commercial acumen.
Experience with CRM systems (Compass) and working knowledge of SAP R3 (desirable).
Previous IT industry experience is advantageous.
