Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a CSCS skilled labourer to assist with various construction and maintenance tasks across multiple trades. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the building industry, supporting skilled tradespeople in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, reliable, and capable of working in a physically demanding environment. All positions are paid, including internship opportunities, providing valuable industry exposure and skill development.

Responsibilities

Assist a spray painter on site preppin, protecting etc.
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing materials and tools needed for various projects
Maintain a clean and organised worksite, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times
Handle hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
Aid in the transportation and installation of building materials and equipment
Follow instructions carefully to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
Contribute to the overall progress of construction projects through active participation and teamwork

Requirements

Experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous
Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently
Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Prior experience in fabrication or related trades is a plus but not mandatory
