Telesales Executive – Card Payments & Business Funding Location: Lytham / Blackpool
Job Type: Full-time, Office Based
Salary: Competitive basic salary – dependent on experience + uncapped commission

About the Role

We are looking for confident, driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Lytham, St Annes. You’ll be speaking to UK businesses about their card payment solutions and business funding, helping them reduce costs, improve their payment setup and access funding where appropriate.

We Partner with a range of established power brands including Teya, Worldpay, Shift4 and Square, giving our sales team access to a broad range of solutions to offer customers.

We also provide EPOS systems through Square Register, EPOS247 and SkyTab, giving our sales team even more opportunities to identify solutions that genuinely benefit our customers.

This is a genuine B2B sales role for someone who enjoys speaking with business owners, building relationships and closing deals.

What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to UK businesses
Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
Discussing card payment and card machine solutions
Identifying businesses that may benefit from business funding
Qualifying sales opportunities
Following up warm leads and previous enquiries
Building strong relationships with customers
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Keeping accurate records of calls and opportunities
Closing deals and generating new business

What We're Looking For We're interested in people who are:

Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
Motivated by targets and commission
Commercially minded and competitive
Good at building rapport quickly
Resilient and able to handle rejection
Organised and able to manage their own pipeline
Experienced in telesales, B2B sales, merchant services, telecoms, finance or similar (desirable but not essential)

Sales experience is preferred, but attitude, ambition and drive are equally important. Training & Development You won't be left to figure it out yourself. We provide direct and ongoing training from the brands and providers we work with, alongside comprehensive in-house training and support.

You'll receive ongoing development across:

Card payment, EPOS solutions and merchant services
Business funding products
Sales techniques and objection handling
Product and industry knowledge
Lead generation and prospecting
Closing techniques and account management
