Duties

Develop innovative menus in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize operational efficiency

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
Demonstrated team management abilities, including training, mentoring, and conflict resolution
Deep understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive kitchen culture
