Full job description

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to turn business data into clear insights that support better decisions. You’ll work with operational, commercial, customer, and performance data, prepare reports, identify trends, and collaborate with different teams to improve business performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and developing their analytical skills in a collaborative business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyse, and interpret business data from multiple sources.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal teams.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
Maintain accurate datasets and perform regular data quality checks.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver useful insights.
Support process improvements and data-driven business decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new analytical tools and techniques.

Pay: £2,917.00-£3,833.00 per month
