White Goods / Appliance Engineer
Colchester / Ardleigh (Field-Based)
£25,000 – £39,000 + Overtime

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable White Goods Engineer to join our growing, 5-star rated team. You’ll be out on the road, helping customers by installing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of household appliances.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. If you enjoy problem solving, working independently, and delivering great customer service, you’ll fit right in.

✅What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnosing and repairing appliances in customers’ homes
Installing and removing white goods safely and efficiently
Working on washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, fridges, ovens, and cookers
Managing your own daily schedule using a company-provided app
Delivering excellent customer service on every visit
Driving a company van across local areas

✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience in white goods repair and/or installation
Good understanding of electrical safety and fault finding
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Friendly, professional manner with customers
Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (lifting, moving appliances)
Full UK driving licence
Team player with a proactive attitude
