Pool Maintenance / General Labourer – Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Pool Maintenance and General Labour Employee. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in quality results, and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, chemical balancing, and equipment checks
Assist with general labour tasks such as site clean‑ups, basic repairs, and equipment handling
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Report any issues or required repairs promptly

Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift and carry equipment
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Full UK driving licence - must have!!
Experience in pool maintenance is an asset but not required — training provided
