About the Role

EAANSA Clinical Education Services is looking for a Clinical Education Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. You will coordinate professional education, clinical training programmes, learning materials, and administrative activities that support healthcare professionals in maintaining and developing their clinical knowledge.

This role is suitable for an organised professional who can combine healthcare administration with training coordination. You will work closely with clinical educators, healthcare professionals, course facilitators, administrative teams, external training providers, and learners to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate clinical education programmes, workshops, seminars, and professional-development activities.
Maintain annual training calendars and programme schedules.
Arrange venues, virtual-learning sessions, training materials, and required equipment.
Coordinate participant registrations and maintain accurate attendance records.
Communicate programme information, joining instructions, and schedule updates to participants.
Support clinical educators and facilitators with course preparation and administration.
Maintain records of completed training, certificates, assessments, and professional-development activities.
Upload and maintain course information within learning-management systems.
Coordinate online, classroom-based, and blended-learning programmes.
Prepare learner packs, presentations, assessment documents, and course materials.
Monitor completion of mandatory and professional-development training.
Follow up with participants regarding outstanding assessments or documentation.
Collect participant feedback and prepare training-evaluation reports.
Analyse attendance, completion rates, satisfaction scores, and programme outcomes.
Assist with maintaining accreditation and programme-quality documentation.
Support reviews and updates of training materials when clinical guidance changes.
Maintain accurate records for audits and quality reviews.
Coordinate guest speakers, external trainers, and specialist clinical educators.
Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and training-related administrative expenses.
Respond professionally to enquiries from healthcare professionals and programme participants.

What We Are Looking For

At least 2–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, training coordination, clinical education, learning and development, or a similar role.
Experience coordinating courses, workshops, meetings, or professional-development programmes.
Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and record accuracy.
Ability to coordinate several training programmes and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience maintaining confidential professional or healthcare information.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong written communication and administrative documentation skills.
Confidence communicating with clinicians, educators, learners, and external organisations.
Ability to prepare reports and analyse basic programme-performance information.
Strong written and spoken English.
A qualification in healthcare administration, education, training, business administration, life sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting continuing professional development programmes.
Familiarity with healthcare learning-management systems.
Experience coordinating online or blended-learning programmes.
Understanding of clinical governance and healthcare-quality requirements.
Knowledge of professional accreditation and training-compliance processes.
Familiarity with Moodle or another learning-management platform.
Experience preparing educational reports and performance dashboards.
Knowledge of UK GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
Experience supporting healthcare professionals or clinical training teams.
Familiarity with assessment and certification processes.
Experience assisting with programme audits or accreditation reviews.

Pay: £2,600.00-£3,000.00 per month
