Courier Driver — Electric Van Provided Guaranteed £100–£125/Day

Newcastle & Surrounding Areas | Immediate Start

✅ ROLE OVERVIEW

Deliver light parcels only (rarely over 10kg — never exceeding 20kg) across Newcastle and surrounding postcode areas using a company-provided electric van. No heavy lifting. You’ll get your own fixed, permanent route so you learn the area quickly and work efficiently over time.

Guaranteed daily rate: £100–£115 (based on experience) — paid weekly
Up to £3,500 total earnings during winter peak period
✅ ALWAYS WORK — NEVER STAND DOWN! ZERO layoffs, zero downtime — you’re always on the roster! GUARANTEED MINIMUM £2,000/MONTH No fine print, no tricks. It doesn’t matter how many parcels go out — you will NEVER earn less than £2,000/month. Even on quiet days, your income is fully protected!
Virtually zero running costs — you only cover your electricity (~£80/month, ~£3/day to charge)
Performance-based pay rises — up to £150/day once fully proficient

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

✅ Clean driving licence — no points, no disqualifications
✅ Clean DBS check
✅ UK Citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain (no work visas); fluent English required
✅ Self-employed / UTR number — we help you set this up & provide an accountant
✅ Private driveway required for overnight van parking (no street parking — non-negotiable)
✅ Ability to have home EV charger installed at your property
✅ Confident driver — comfortable with small electric vans (up to 2.5t; manual & automatic)
✅ Modern smartphone + unlimited data / reliable internet
✅ Minimum 9-month commitment
✅ Delivery experience preferred but not essential — pay reflects experience
✅ Comfort working in all weather conditions

WORK SCHEDULE

5 days/week: Tuesday–Saturday (Sun & Mon off)
Winter peak (Black Friday–early Jan): 6 days/week
Start: 08:00–08:30 at Newcastle depot
Shifts: up to 10–11 hours/day once trained
Approx. 125 daily stops after training — lighter workload during first weeks
2-week training period — public charging provided during trial; home charger installed post-probation
Telephonic interview (20–30 mins) before selection
Return to depot daily with undelivered parcels
