Full job description

At Hot Tubs Rock we are ALL about wellness and we need help to manage the busy sales side of the business. Experience in a sales environment is essential and a willingness to deal with customers in person and on the phone is non negotiable.

Job Summary

12 hours over 3 days Mon, Wed, Friday 12-4pm. Holiday cover also available. Weekend work available too but will be advertised separately as this role isnt dependant on wanting the weekend hours.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our small business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong computer literacy and organisational skills to contribute to a dynamic and professional environment.

Duties

Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Customer contact and lead nuture.
Assist in processing sales orders and quotations efficiently and accurately
Maintain organised records of sales activities, correspondence, and documentation
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries
Utilise IT skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to sales systems
Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes within the business

Requirements

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with CRM software is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Demonstrable computer literacy and IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions
Good understanding of sales processes and administrative procedures
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £15.00 per hour
