Join Our Team

We’re an independent pub and restaurant that does things properly. No corporate scripts, no stuffy service standards—just good food, great drinks, and genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys looking after people, can have a laugh with the regulars, and isn’t afraid of a busy service. Experience is great, but personality, work ethic, and a positive attitude are what matter most to us.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming guests and making them feel at home
Taking food and drink orders
Serving great food, pints, cocktails, wines, and coffees
Keeping the pub and restaurant looking its best
Helping create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
Working alongside the kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service
Cash handling and using the till system
Pitching in wherever needed—because that’s what good teams do

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, approachable, and confident with people
A genuine love for pubs, restaurants, and hospitality
Someone who works hard and stays positive when it gets busy
Reliable and punctual
Team player with a good sense of humour
Previous experience is welcome but not essential—we can teach the rest
