Full job description

We're a full-service agency that started life as a copywriting and SEO business, and honestly, words are still where our heart is. We're looking for a part-time Copywriter who can turn a brief into something people actually want to read, whether that's web copy, blog content, campaign lines or the odd bit of cheeky social copy along the way.

You'll be writing across a real mix of clients, so no two briefs look the same. One day you're deep in SEO-friendly web copy, the next you're punching up a headline for a campaign, the next you're helping shape tone of voice for a brand that's still finding its feet.

What you'll actually be doing

Writing clear, compelling copy across web, blog, campaign and social formats
Turning briefs (some tight, some loose) into copy that actually sounds like something a human wrote
Working closely with our design and account teams to make sure words and visuals land together, not as an afterthought
Optimising content for SEO without it reading like it was written for a robot
Proofing and polishing your own and occasionally others' work before it goes out the door
Adapting tone and voice client to client, we're not a one-size-fits-all shop, and neither is our writing

What you bring

Proven copywriting experience, agency-side a strong plus
A portfolio that shows range, not just one register or one industry
Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and how to write for it without killing the copy
Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly, briefs change, deadlines don't always move
Genuine curiosity about different brands and industries, you'll be jumping between them often
