We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to make a significant impact on our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

- Telemarketing experience essential. Specifically health care , pharmacy , Nursing home sector.

-Main Job: Communicate with nursing homes in Nottingham, Bristol areas to supply of medicines to the patients.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily targeting B2B sales opportunities within the nursing home and healthcare sector.
Communicate professionally with nursing home managers and decision-makers to understand their medication supply requirements and explain our pharmacy services.
Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate service arrangements where appropriate, and support the process of securing contracts for the supply of medications to patients.
Clearly communicate the benefits of our pharmacy service, including reliable medication supply, timely deliveries, responsive customer support, and continuity of care.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer information using CRM software such as Salesforce
Follow up with leads generated from initial contact to convert prospects into clients
Manage and organise call lists to maximise outreach efficiency
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries professionally and courteously
Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing homes and healthcare providers to develop long-term business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding the client base

Skills:
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
