Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional BarStaff to join our vibrant team on a casual/ as required basis Friday - Sunday. Various times available

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment.

Previous experience in bar work is required

Candidates must be 18+ due to licencing laws.

A driving licence would also be benificial due to the location.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a busy friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Take orders
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar , dining and facilities areas in accordance with food safety standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff when required
Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities in a friendly manner
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, adhering to cash handling procedures
Cashing up end of Day
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service delivery

Experience

Previous experience in bar work is desirable.
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable
Familiarity with serving procedures
Ability to demonstrate strong time management skills and multitasking abilities during peak hours
Basic maths skills for handling cash and transactions confidently
