Job Summary

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while adhering to timing and quality expectations.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and uphold safety protocols.
Restock bar supplies as needed, keeping inventory levels optimal for smooth operations.
Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience working in a restaurant or bar setting, demonstrating strong hospitality skills.
Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol serving procedures.
Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for accurate drink mixing and billing.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse guests.
Prior experience in serving or bartending roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
Must be at least 18 years old and committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
