We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join our growing SOLIDWORKS team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Summary

As a Customer Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring they get the most from their SOLIDWORKS investment while identifying opportunities to support their evolving business needs.

You'll work closely with our sales, technical, and customer success teams to provide a seamless experience and help drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers.
Conduct regular customer reviews to understand business objectives and software usage.
Assist with software subscription renewals and maintenance agreements.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE products, training, and services that deliver value to customers.
Prepare quotations and manage sales opportunities through to completion.
Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity within our CRM system.
Work collaboratively with internal technical and support teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
Meet and exceed individual sales and retention targets.

What we're looking for

A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
Organised and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Commercially aware and comfortable identifying sales opportunities.
Self-motivated and proactive with strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in B2B account management, customer success, internal sales, customer service.
Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Experience within engineering, manufacturing, CAD, or software sales is advantageous but not essential. Full product training will be provided.

Starting Salary - from £35,000 (based on experience) + uncapped commission.

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
