Full job description

We are recruiting for a full time legal office administrator. To apply for the role you must ideally have previous experience working in a legal office dealing with conveyancing and other private client work. Your duties will include:

- opening files, data input, assisting fee earners with legal admin on case management for file opening and ID / AML checks.

- scanning, faxing and photocopying for fee earners.

- taking calls via our busy switchboard and booking appointments as required.

- assisting with incoming and outgoing mail.

- all other office admin as required.

You must possess a clean driving licence and have experience of working in a legal office. Candidates who do not meet the above criteria will not be considered for the role. Please apply via email with CV and covering letter.

Salary commensurate with experience. Working hours will be between the hours of 9am and 5pm (Monday to Friday) with one hour for lunch.

For the right candidate this job will provide you with the opportunity to progress within a legal office.
