Full job description

Location: Cookstown
Hours: Full-time or Reduced Hours – 5 days per week
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Northern View Leisure is a family-owned business with over 40 years’ experience creating memorable holidays across our holiday parks in Northern Ireland and Donegal.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic person to join our team in a varied role combining customer service, administration and occasional sales support.

Working Hours

We’re open to considering either full-time or reduced hours for the right candidate:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 5.00pm
Reduced hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 3.00pm

We recognise that flexibility can be important, so we’re happy to consider either working pattern depending on the successful candidate.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service by phone, email and in person.
Assisting customers with enquiries, bookings and general account administration.
Preparing insurance quotations and processing invoices.
Maintaining customer records and databases.
Supporting our sales team and assisting with caravan viewings when required.
General office administration across our holiday parks, marina and insurance businesses.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Enjoys dealing with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Has good communication and computer skills.
Is organised, reliable and able to manage a varied workload.
Is comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers and enquiries.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Previous administration or customer service experience would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
