Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Front Office Team Member to join our reception team. You’ll be the first point of contact for meeting and greeting guests and staff, helping to keep our front desk running smoothly. This role is up to 24 hours as per the weekly rota.

Main Duties

Check guests in and out on the hotel front office system
Welcome visitors and assist with enquiries
Take room reservations over the phone and online
Liaise with housekeeping to check rooms inventory
Take cash and electronic (PDQ) payments and daily cash reconciliation
Assist in other areas as and when required

About You

Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
Good communication and organisation skills
Confident using a computer and handling admin tasks
Reliable, professional, and can do attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hotel: 3 years (required)
PMS : 1 year (required)
