Full job description

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Reactive Plumber to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines responsive maintenance work with new build site installations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer care and reactive maintenance issues
Diagnose plumbing faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs
Manage and prioritise workload to meet service level expectations
Liaise professionally with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Coordinate with merchants to source materials and manage supplies
Carry out new build plumbing works, including:
1st fix installations
2nd fix installations
System commissioning
Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumber in both reactive and new build environments
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence
Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

Desirable:

Experience working on residential new build sites
Knowledge of health and safety regulations on-site
Computer skills
