We are currently recruiting for a Spa an Wellness Manager to join our stunning Spa and Health Club at The Retreat based within out super-boutique hotel,The Londoner. As Spa & Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation, strategic direction, and commercial performance of our spa and wellness facilities. You will inspire a high-performing team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure the highest standards of service, luxury, and operational excellence.

Overview:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the spa, wellness, fitness, and treatment facilities.
Drive revenue growth through effective management of treatments, retail sales, memberships, and wellness programmes.
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a talented spa and wellness team.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed the expectations of a luxury clientele.
Monitor and manage departmental budgets, payroll, and profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Develop innovative wellness initiatives, treatments, and guest experiences aligned with luxury market trends.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, brand partners, and industry contacts.
Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to support wider business objectives and enhance the overall guest journey.

About you:

Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Wellness Manager, or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, resort, or premium wellness environment.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving revenue performance.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards.
Experience managing spa booking systems and operational reporting.
Knowledge of health, safety, and industry compliance standards.
