Administrator at Mill River Lodge

Salary: £13.85 per hour

Hours: Part time - 9hrs per week

Shift Times: Wednesday 12pm-4.30pm, Friday 11am-3.30pm

Shaw healthcare is looking for an Administrator who is ready to make a positive impact at Mill River Lodge, situated in the picturesque West Sussex town of Horsham. The superb purpose built care home provides 70 spacious en-suite bedrooms for elderly service users with conditions such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson’s or other clinical diagnoses.

Job Responsibilities

First point of contact for all visitors to the service including allied health professionals
Reception duties, including answering the phone and dealing with deliveries
Processing invoices
Processing time sheets
Secretarial filling,
PA duties to the Home Manager;
Communicating with head office departments in relation to Fees, purchasing and stock control, financial, payroll, HR, Recruitment and other relevant matters affecting the Home;
Cash finances (petty cash, amenity fund, residents cash);Coordinate collation, validation of time-sheets with the Home Manager;
Essential to be Health and Safety aware, to ensure the safety of our services users and colleagues.

You may be required to undertake any other duties as requested by your Manager.
