Full job description

We have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team at Poole Audi.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop team, delivering a professional and seamless aftersales experience. You will be responsible for keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process, providing expert advice, and ensuring every customer receives a premium level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey.
Communicate and provide regular updates on the progress of customer vehicles while in the workshop.
Explain vehicle faults and repair recommendations confidently and professionally.
Identify opportunities to upsell essential and urgent repairs that benefit the customer.
Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the quality of our brand and vehicles.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively, working towards positive resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in line with company procedures.

What you will need to be a Service Advisor at Poole Audi.

Confident and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resilience under pressure.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience within a main dealer aftersales operation is essential.
Proven ability to deal professionally and effectively with customers.

Hours of work will be 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. There is also a Saturday rota, where you will work two consecutive Saturdays followed by four Saturdays off.

Please note a full valid driving licence is essential for this role, as at times you may be required to move customer vehicles (both manual and automatic) around site.
