Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards. This position is fully paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their career within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues efficiently
Support baristas with drink preparation when necessary
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Assist in setting up events or special functions as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred, including restaurant or barista experience
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Basic food preparation skills are desirable but not essential
A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our establishment effectively

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
