Spa Therapist

Location: Pampered & Polished, Holiday Inn Corby

Pampered & Polished is looking for a friendly, professional and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. If you're dedicated to delivering exceptional treatments and creating memorable experiences for every guest, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Deliver a range of professional face and body treatments to a high standard.
Carry out thorough client consultations and provide appropriate aftercare advice.
Recommend retail products where suitable to enhance the client's homecare routine.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Maintain stock levels and report low stock where necessary.
Support the promotion of the spa by creating and contributing to social media content, including photos, videos and posts.
Help promote seasonal offers, treatments and retail products across the spa's social media platforms.
Ensure all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
Provide outstanding customer service to both spa and hotel guests.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum).
Confident performing massage and beauty treatments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Reliable, organised and punctual.
Comfortable appearing in and creating content for social media.
Flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

Desirable

Previous spa or salon experience.
Experience with luxury skincare brands, ideally ishga.
Confidence in recommending retail products.
