About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:

Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goalswhether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
Focus on doing what’s right for our memberswithout the pressure of sales targets.

This dual-branch role provides the opportunity to support both our Keighley and Skipton branches, serving two diverse and vibrant communities. Both branches are located within a 5 min walk from both rail and bus links, with surrounding free parking.

We are looking for the right candidate to join our highly engaged and customer-focused team of 9 ! Supporting operations across both our Keighley and Skipton branches. This dual-branch role provides the opportunity to work with a wider team, build strong relationships across two local communities, and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
