Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, friendly communication, and efficient food and beverage delivery. Your energy and professionalism will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic environment that celebrates teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance guest experience
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide attentive guest services
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide correct change or receipts
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service environments
Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation skills
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
Ability to upsell menu items naturally to boost sales and enhance the guest experience
