Dartford, covering North/Central Kent

If you are an experienced Care Coordinator or Care Professional and you are looking for an exciting new role, Rigby's have one for you!

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join a homecare branch in Dartford, covering North/Central Kent regions. The branch consists of an office team of supervisors, a Registered Ops Manager and a Business Owner.

The Brand is well known- and you will play a key part of working with the Registered Manager to maintain fantastic standards. You will receive Branch and National Level support, a model that works, mentoring and a chance to work in the heart of London for a leading homecare branch.

This is a Monday to Friday opportunity role, and once in post you will support the RM, create rotas for the carers, supervisions and carer management.

Most importantly, this has to be a best possible person fit, so we are ultimately looking for someone hungry to grow with the branch. A large amount of trust will be placed on the successful candidate, and in return you will be trusted to work hard and make a difference.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the Registered Manager and undertake management of carers
Regularly Liaise with Branch Owner and Registered Manager.
Adhere to CQC regulations at all times, ensuring client candidate data is processed fairly, accurately.
At times do assessments, supervisions, client and carer onboarding and data administration.

The role is office based Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with occasional requirements for on call and additional hours (you will be rewarded these back!).

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
