Salary: £13-£13.50 per hour

Shift Timings are

7am - 3pm

3pm - 11pm

11pm - 7am

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Assistant to join BP White Cross Petrol Station, Bradford Road, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 8LZ.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. It takes lots of different people to run a store and this is a job for doers, with plenty of variety.

As a Sales Assistant, your main priority will be to ensure that our customers are provided an excellent service every time.

It’s a committed role, full of everyday challenges, but that’s one of the things that makes it so exciting. Being a colleague in one of our stores means that you will help to serve our shoppers better every day. You will be responsible for

A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
Being knowledgeable about the products and services in my store and helping customers by giving great natural service
Serving customers on our checkouts ensuring they receive an easy, seamless and personalized experience
Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
Be at work on time, well presented
Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
Making sure that safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with company policies and procedures, is your top priority
Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines
Replenishing products within my store
The ability to build rapport with customers, meaning they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip
Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others· Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt
Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success

Working hours, patterns and environment: BP White cross petrol station is open 24 hours a day, so you may work day, evenings, night and weekends.

We are looking for friendly, flexible and reliable candidates to join our team. Must be 18+. Experience in a similar role would be preferred although training will be given. Duties will include providing good customer service.
