Do you enjoy talking to people? Are you a great listener? And would you enjoy turning real customer experiences into reviews that thousands of people can read?

We're growing fast. Following recent investment and an exciting new phase of expansion, we're looking for a friendly, confident and naturally curious person to join our team in our new offices in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.

We help car dealerships build trust and reputation by collecting genuine, verified feedback from their customers.

Our job is simple: we give customers a voice.

The Role

Your role will be to speak to customers who have recently bought a car and find out how their experience was.

You'll have friendly, natural conversations with customers about their journey — what went well, what they loved about the dealership and, sometimes, what could have been better.

With the customer's permission, you'll then use that conversation to write a short, genuine review which is published on our public review platform for other customers to read.

It's not a sales role.

You're not trying to sell the customer anything. You're there to listen.

Some conversations will be quick and straightforward. Others might be more detailed, particularly when a customer has had an experience that hasn't gone as expected.

You'll need to be comfortable talking to different people, asking the right questions, listening carefully and capturing what they've told you accurately and fairly.

What You'll Be Doing

Calling customers who have recently purchased a vehicle
Having friendly and engaging conversations about their experience
Asking questions and listening carefully to the answers
Understanding what went well and what could have been better
Capturing accurate and meaningful customer feedback
Writing short, genuine reviews based on the customer's conversation
Obtaining the customer's permission before publishing their review
Publishing reviews on our platform
Celebrating dealerships that deliver great customer experiences
Identifying feedback where something hasn't gone right
Passing relevant feedback back to the dealership so they have the opportunity to understand and address issues
Communicating with customers by telephone, SMS and email
Keeping customer information and records accurate and up to date
Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver a great customer experience

Who Are We Looking For?

You don't need to have worked in the automotive industry before.

We're much more interested in your personality, communication skills and attitude.

You might be perfect for this role if you:

Genuinely enjoy talking to people
Are a good listener
Are naturally curious and enjoy finding out what people think
Can make people feel comfortable on the telephone
Have a friendly and confident telephone manner
Have good written English
Can turn a conversation into clear, interesting written content
Have good attention to detail
Are comfortable speaking to people you've never spoken to before
Can deal professionally and calmly with difficult or disappointing feedback
Are organised and able to manage your own workload
Take pride in the quality of your work
Enjoy working as part of a small, energetic team

You'll help great dealerships get the recognition they deserve, while giving customers a genuine platform to share their experiences.

And the reviews you write aren't just sitting in an internal system — they're published publicly and help other people make decisions when buying a car.

What We Offer

£25,000 basic salary + uncapped performance bonus
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Standard working pattern:
3 days per week 9:00am–5:30pm
1 day per week 10:00am–6:30pm
1 day per week 10:30am–7:00pm
28 days holiday including bank holidays
