REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

ABOUT THE REFORMER ROOM

The Reformer Room is a private Reformer Pilates studio located inside CrossFit Harrow.

The studio operates as its own dedicated space while benefiting from the experience, community and support of its parent company, CrossFit Harrow an established coaching facility with more than a decade of experience helping people improve their health and fitness.

With a maximum of just three people per class, The Reformer Room is built around precise coaching, individual attention and creating an environment where clients feel comfortable, supported and confident.

We’re looking for passionate Reformer Pilates instructors who would like to help us build a professional, welcoming studio that members genuinely enjoy being part of.

This is about more than simply delivering classes. We want instructors who take pride in their coaching, plan thoughtful sessions and care about helping members progress over time.

THE ROLE

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will:

Deliver safe, engaging and well-structured Reformer Pilates classes for a maximum of three people
Plan sessions with clear purpose, appropriate progressions and suitable regressions
Provide individual corrections, technical guidance and encouragement
Help beginners understand the Reformer, springs and key movement principles
Adapt exercises around different abilities, experience levels and movement needs
Build positive relationships with members
Help create a warm, professional and welcoming studio environment
Support the day-to-day standards, presentation and care of the studio

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You should have:

A recognised Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification or equivalent
A recognised Reformer Pilates instructor qualification
The confidence to coach and correct technique within small groups
A clear understanding of safe movement, progressions and regressions
A friendly, professional and reliable approach
A genuine interest in helping people move well and develop confidence
The ability to plan structured sessions rather than relying on the same class format
Appropriate professional insurance where required for freelance teaching
The right to work in the UK

Availability across early mornings, daytime sessions, evenings or Saturdays would be welcomed.

You’re not interested in building relationships with members or contributing to the studio environment

We’re looking for coaches who care about the craft of teaching Pilates.

At The Reformer Room, instructors are expected to understand why an exercise is being used, recognise when it needs to be adapted and help clients feel more capable in their own bodies.
