Full job description

About Us:

This is an exciting opportunity to join well known self storage company that specialises in creating the best and most cost effective storage solutions for home, business and student customers in the Tameside and Greater Manchester area.

As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a small but busy office.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your attitude, professionalism and willingness to help will ensure customers receive a positive experience that reflects the high standards of our facility.

Whilst having direct contact with our customers you will also carry out a broad range of duties in order to maintain a high standard of customer focused service, such as the creation and maintenance of digital customer records, assist in the production of management reports as well as the timely update of management systems and payment records.

You will be responsible for providing ongoing support to colleagues and users of the storage centres in various areas and roles, including but not limited to.

· Meeting and greeting storage centre customers.

· Taking bookings and payments.

· Answering phone call and email queries from customers.

· Handling cash, card and other digital transactions.

· Setting up and management of customer contracts.

· Communicating on a regular basis with management regarding customer accounts.

· Assist in the production of management reports

· Chasing of overdue payments

. Hiring out self drive van hires.

You should be a highly organised and proactive individual, be proficient with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets, have excellent communication abilities and possess a keen eye for detail.

Full training & ongoing support will be provided.

Hours of work . 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 10 am till 6 pm
Some Saturday & Sunday cover may be required to help cover holidays .
