Sales Administrator

Location: Office Based – Power Saving Solutions
Department: Sales

Reporting to: Sales Director

About Power Saving Solutions

Power Saving Solutions (PSS) is a leading provider and manufacturer of Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) Helping businesses reduce energy consumption, lower operating costs, and improve sustainability. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure a first-class customer experience.

Role Overview

The Sales Administrator will support the sales function by managing customer enquiries, accurately maintaining Salesforce CRM records, producing quotations, processing sales documentation, and ensuring the smooth running of the sales administration process. The successful candidate will have Salesforce experience and a strong commercial background.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support throughout the sales cycle.

· Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

· Process customer orders and liaise with internal departments.

· Monitor sales pipelines and assist with opportunity management.

· Produce sales reports and performance data.

· Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.

· Coordinate meetings and follow-up activities.

· Support tender and presentation preparation.

· Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.

· In house support of the office including reception / visits / training

Skills & Experience

Essential

· Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support or Commercial Administration role.

· Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

· Commercial background and understanding of sales processes.

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

· Excellent organisational and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities.
