Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Estate Agent Administrator to join our vibrant property team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our estate agency operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative support that drives sales success and enhances client satisfaction. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help streamline processes, manage client relationships, and support our agents in delivering exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about property and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage and update software
Prepare and maintain property listings using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools to ensure all information is current and compelling
Assist with administration tasks
Coordinate appointments, viewings, and meetings between clients, vendors, and agents while maintaining clear communication channels
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service at all times
Support the team with general administrative duties including data entry in software, filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence
Organise schedules efficiently using time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are aligned

Experience

Proven administrative experience within a busy office environment or real estate agency setting
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and software systems
Familiarity with an accounting software is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided if needed
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and team members
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of sales administration processes within real estate or property management is preferred
Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail for accurate record keeping
