Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales and Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role combines sales support with administrative excellence, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering excellent customer relationships. As a key member of our organization, you will manage sales administration tasks, coordinate office activities, and provide exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and technical proficiency will drive efficiency and contribute to our company’s growth. Responsibilities

Manage sales administration processes, including processing orders, updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and maintaining accurate sales records
Order Processing
Be a part of the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Oversee day-to-day office operations such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining filing systems
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
Utilize Microsoft Excel to track sales data, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics
Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to computer systems or software applications
Maintain organized records of client information, invoices, and other administrative documents using Sage accounting software or similar tools
Managing reordering of products, and being in contact with suppliers for smooth stock in

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales administration or office support roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software; familiarity with Sage is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—ensuring clear interaction with clients and team members
Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or IT systems
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
