Digital Marketing ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company's digital marketing strategy and drive business growth through innovative online marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns for both the company's own services and digital marketing projects delivered to clients.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data, AI-powered marketing tools, and modern digital marketing techniques to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve customer acquisition, and maximise campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's digital marketing strategy and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Plan, manage and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
Lead branding, customer acquisition and business development initiatives to increase market presence and generate new opportunities.
Manage marketing activities for both the company's own services and digital marketing projects delivered to clients.
Monitor, analyse and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Oversee website content, landing pages and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to improve user engagement and lead generation.
Research market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify commercial opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with designers, developers, content creators and other stakeholders to deliver marketing projects on time and to a high standard.
Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to enhance campaign planning, content creation, audience analysis, reporting and workflow efficiency.
Manage marketing budgets, project delivery, client relationships and external marketing partners.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable advertising, privacy and data protection regulations.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices, recommending innovative approaches where appropriate.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing with responsibility for planning and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing and digital analytics.
Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (or equivalent) to measure and optimise campaign performance.
Good understanding of website management, landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation.
Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity and marketing performance.
Excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable business results.
Experience managing marketing budgets and client relationships is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
