Contract: Professional Services, Production & Technology

Location: Marlow, SL7 1HZ

Hours of work: 60

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 18:00

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £13.00

Are you passionate about safety, leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience?

As a Security Supervisor with ISS, you will play a critical role in leading security operations, creating a safe and secure environment, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

You will be responsible for supervising security officers, protecting our customer's people, property, and assets, and acting as a key point of contact for both colleagues and clients.

The Role

Lead and support the on-site security team.
Ensure the safety and security of the site, people, and assets.
Monitor site activity and respond to security risks and incidents.
Prevent unauthorised access and enforce site procedures.
Maintain awareness of daily operations and key site events.
Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and visitors.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and report concerns.
Complete reports, audits, and shift handovers accurately.

About You

Previous experience in a security role.
A valid front-line SIA Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection licence.
Experience using CCTV, access control, and other security systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach.
Ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressure.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
New recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their development.
