Multi-Trade Builder

Salary: £150–£250 per day (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: In person

Multi-Trade Builder Required

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Builder to join our growing team. Wecarry out a wide range of residential building, renovation and refurbishment projects, and we'relooking for someone who takes pride inproducing high-quality work.

The successful candidate must be able look to work independently when required, as well as part of a team, and be motivated, dependable and committed to completing every job to a high standard.

What you'll be doing

First and second fix carpentry, includingstudwork, framing and finishing work.
Installing insulation and plasterboard.
Groundworks including drainage, foundations and operating machinery.
Bricklaying, blockwork and concrete works.
Demolition works.
General building and multi-trade tasks across a variety of projects.
Reading and working from drawings andspecifications.
Maintaining a safe, tidy and professionalworking environment.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Builder.
Strong carpentry, groundworks and general building experience.
Experience in roofing and masonry isadvantageous.
Confident using hand and power tools.
Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual and able to work on your own initiative.
Full UK driving licence and own transport.
Own tools.
